In the heart of the Cotswolds, brunch has become more than just a mid-morning meal - it’s a lifestyle. And here at Jack’s in Cirencester, we’re proud to be leading the local brunch scene with dishes that are creative, comforting, and just a little bit cool.
Whether you're an early riser, a weekend wanderer, or just in it for the coffee and catch-ups, our menu is full of unique twists that make Jack’s a must-visit brunch spot in Cirencester.
Croffles – A Jack’s Original
Let’s start with the Croffle - a Jack’s invention that’s taken on a life of its own. We take our house-made croissant pastry dough and bake it in waffle irons until golden and crisp on the outside, light and flaky within. Then? We load it up.

Sweet or savoury - our Croffles are loaded as you like it, and always totally delicious. The Brian Griffin for your Peanut Butter and Jam fix, The Donald with a Crispy Duck Leg, Fried Egg and Truffle dressing for those feeling adventurous, or our Classic Jack with our Signature Treacle Bacon, Blueberries and Earl Grey Maple Syrup.
Let’s not forget The Merry Berry (Mixed Berries, Chantilly Cream & Coca Nibs), The Nutty Professor (Caramelised Banana, Nutella & Toasted Hazlenuts), or The Chaat (Avocado Hummus, Green Salsa, Tamarind Sauce, House Sriracha, Puffed Rice & Parsley).
The Mezze Brunch - Fresh, Bright & Bold

Bringing the sunshine to your table, our Mezze Brunch is a vibrant plate packed with flavour and texture. Featuring halloumi, za’atar-spiced fried egg, cucumber, tomato, red onion and mint salad, a swirl of cooling yoghurt dressing, slices of fresh orange, and toasted sourdough to soak it all up - it’s a dish inspired by our favourite Mediterranean brunch moments.
It’s light, nourishing, and full of colour - and yes, it’s 100% Instagram-worthy.
Cocotte Eggs - A Comfort Classic
If you’re after something cosy and comforting, look no further than our Cocotte Eggs. We bake two eggs in crème fraîche and parmesan, top them with crispy potato straw, and serve them with perfectly toasted sourdough soldiers. It’s rich, warming and elegant - a brunch dish that feels like a hug in a ramekin.
Jack’s Eggs - Fried or Folded!
And finally, we can’t talk about brunch without talking eggs. At Jack’s, we serve ours fried or folded - and no, folded isn’t just scrambled. It’s our signature soft-set style, somewhere between a scramble and an omelette, silky and full of flavour.
Top them with items like smoked salmon, chive cream cheese, roast tomato or crispy bacon - whatever you’re in the mood for, Jack’s Eggs have your brunch covered.

Honorary Mention - Our Hash Brownlets
We can’t talk about Brunch without giving an honorary shoutout to our Hashbrownlets, the sides of all side dishes. These miniature Hash Brown bites fried to perfection and served with a variety of toppings from simple Rosemary Salt to loaded with N’Duja Beans and Cheese.
If you’re grabbing a Brunch dish at Jacks, be sure to add one of these as a side to share – you won’t regret it!
