I have worked at Jacks for 7 years now and have previously worked in the hospitality industry for 11 years. I have always been interested in food, baking and coffee and I love that managing Jacks means I can incorporate all three! Interacting with customers and locals brings a smile to my face everyday. At Jacks, I love to be creative and come up with new ideas to keep things fresh and unique.

I came to Jacks a year ago with a vision for what they customer would want. I think I have achieved that vision and hopefully everyone will enjoy to food I create. Culinary arts has always been my passion, having worked in the industry for 10 years. 



Assistant Manager

I've worked at Jacks for 2 and a half years now, after taking an apprenticeship here in 2018. I have always had a passion for service and have worked in hospitality for 5 years. I love finding new and creative ways to make coffee and have found a home at Jacks, especially as its dog friendly!
