Evening Pop-Up Menu
Our recent Instagram survey showed that 98% of you would love to attend a pop-up hosted by Jacks Café. So guess what? We’ve taken these results on board and are delighted to announce that this Friday 24th July, will see the launch of a brand new Pop-up!
Set in the heart of the capital of the Cotswolds and along a pretty cobbled street, Jacks Tea Room & Kitchen have extended their fabulous daytime menu of irresistible treats, artisan coffees and freshly baked cakes to offer a newly created menu with dishes inspired by our Californian-born chef Holly.

Californian cuisine reflects the diverse culture of the state of Mexico and is influenced largely by Hispanic America roots, alongside Asian influences and the food trends and traditions of American cuisine. The main trends are influenced by its proximity to the ocean, its movie roots in Hollywood and the Napa wine country, as well as its major produce production.
Holly’s passion for Cali Mexican cuisine has been captured in the Jacks pop-up menu and includes a Chicken Tinga Toastada, Mexican Burger laced with Salsa & Jalapenos and Tijin Bajo Seasoned Fries. For that finishing touch, we’ve partnered up with Dolcetti who have developed an exclusive Mexican Chilli Chocolate Sorbet for the event – a perfect partner to the Cinnamon Sugar Churros.
To make it even more appealing, Jacks have extended their opening hours and will be serving this menu until 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays throughout the summer.
To make sure you don’t miss out, all tables must be booked by phoning Jacks directly on 01285 640888. We have limited seats inside our café but many more situated in our softly lit courtyard garden which is adjacent to the Corinium Museum and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town.
